On Jan 25th, the Egyptian revolution began. Based on great values and great hopes to change the regime and achieve freedom, justice and dignity to all Egyptians.
The revolution came and brought the best in all of us, a peaceful revolution, and a role-model for all countries. A revolution downs a regime and then gives civil trials to the heads and members of that regime, is way so unbelievable.
As I said, the revolution brought the best in all of us, the passion and love for the country, dreams, hopes, peacefulness, treating each others as equals, being responsible, sharing one goal and one hope for a better tomorrow and a better Egypt.
The regime fell down, and the Security Council took hold of leading the country in this critical period…
All those in Tahrir went home…Months flew…and what happened after that….??!!
We started to hate our revolution…Why???
The worst in us appeared, all these misleading debates, wars to win the people's sympathy to be the next leader, exploiting every single event to serve your aims and goals…
Debates, wars, thinking of others as traitors, even accusing others of being non-religious or anti-religion people or movements..and the list of accusations and bad behaviours go on.
In all these events, we forgot who we are!! What we wanted!! And what is Egypt to all of us??!!…
We forgot Egypt, the love of our lives. We forgot that Egypt needs loyal hands to lift it up after suffering 30 years in agony and pain..
We forgot ourselves…but remembered our greedy needs and desires to hold power and to keep others silent because we are always right. Just paving the way to all those who want to destroy our revolution and destroy our beloved Egypt.
Once again…the same good values are still in the heart of all of us, the love of this country, the hopes of a better tomorrow..
Why can't we get united???
Is it that hard?? Do we need another dictator to unite us against him??!!
Egypt needs us and we need a powerful Egypt.
There is no single difference between all of us. We are all human beings and we are all Egyptians who adore their beloved country.
Be united…Be Egyptian…
Long live Egypt…
